Q. What is the right size for me?

If you are a breastfeeding mama -

Simply go by your current bust size. Our dresses fit perfectly, they are not too tight or too loose. Bust size may change for many women once they start breastfeeding, so it is recommended that you measure your current bust size with your nursing bra on, in order to pick the size that is accurate for you. 

If you are expecting a baby soon -

Your bust size may change during pregnancy and once you start breastfeeding. Therefore, it is recommended that you measure yourself with a bra on to find your current size and then size up by one size (2 inches) to ensure the dresses fit you comfortably through our your pregnancy and once you start breastfeeding.

Q. How do I measure my bust size?

Please measure your bust size with a measuring tape around your chest and over the highest part of your bust. Refer the image below. 

Q. Are bra size and bust size the same?

Bra size and bust size are different. Don't use your bra size (36B for example) to pick the dress size. The accurate measure is your current bust size (it includes both your chest and cup measurements in a value that adds up to inches or cms).

Q. I have broad hips. What is the right size for me?

Our size chart outlines bust, waist and hip measurements. Please go by those for straight cut dresses. However, for dresses that flair under the waist (anarkalis, umbrella cuts, maxi dresses etc.), the hip measurement is free, you can simply pick the size according to your bust size, hips will fit through pregnancy and after.

Q. I have broad arms. Can you customize?

The arm sizes on our dresses are not too tight or too loose. Each dress has specific size measurements mentioned under the product details. Please refer those for specifics. We do leave half an inch of space on the inside on each arm for you to use in case you need to. We do not custom stitch dresses.

Q. I am short. Can you customize the length of the long dresses?

We don't customize dress lengths. The length of our dresses is listed in the 'garment measurements' section on every product page. If the Maxis/Anarklias are too long for you, you can try our straight cut models or tops on jeans. You can also get the dresses altered for length with the help of a local tailor. 

Q. Do you customize dresses?

The dresses already listed on our website for sale are all ready made and cannot be customized.

We make customized dresses of maternity and nursing wear for parties and festivals on pre-orders. You can tell us the look you want and the materials you'd like and we will custom stitch it for your exactly size while integrating our patent pending design for nursing wear. We require 4 weeks to ship custom designed dresses. 

We also custom stitch twinning frocks. You can pick a dress/s available in stock and we can stitch frocks for baby girls from 3 months of age to 1 year.

Shipping and Delivery

Q. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship across India via DTDC, except for containment zones. 

Q. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally to most countries. You will be able to see at check out whether shipping is available to your country and if so what the shipping charges are.

Q. When will I receive my dress?

We do our best to ship all dresses within 2 business days of purchase via DTDC courier. You will receive it 3 -7 days from the day of shipping depending on delivery address. Please note that there could be unforeseen delays associated with Covid-19. On rare occasions, some orders may be cancelled if the delivery address is in a containment zone and DTDC refuses to accept the shipment.

We ship all international orders within 3 days of purchase. You can expect to receive them within 1-2 weeks of shipment.

Returns/Exchanges

• We accept exchanges/returns on dresses that were sent incorrectly, i.e, incorrect size or incorrect product is shipped.
• We accept returns/exchanges on products that are damaged on receipt. Photos of the damaged part along with original packaging are required to qualify for return/exchange. We need to be notified about the damage of the product with 48 hours of receipt. 
• We also accept exchanges (no returns) when an incorrect size or item has been ordered by the customer by mistake. The additional shipping charges are borne by the customer. See our Return/Exchage Policy to know which collections qualify for size based exchanges. To avoid size based exchanges please pick an accurate size from our 'Size Guide'. It can be viewed on every product page on our website. Fittings are usually perfect when you go by our size chart.
• We do not accept returns/exchanges on any products shipped outside of India.

Q. Do you make vertical zip model dresses?

No, we don't make zip modeled dresses. We really believe that the zip based designs are inconvenient for nursing and uncomfortable for mom and baby.
