Refund policy

 

We are sorry that you are needing to return or exchange a purchase you made from us!

Here is our return/exchange policy -

1. We accept exchanges on dresses that were sent incorrectly, i.e, incorrect size or incorrect product is shipped by us by mistake. Shipping charges for return and exchange are borne by us.  
2. We accept exchanges on products that are damaged - loose stitches, measure much smaller or bigger than size chart (more than 2 inches) on receipt. Photos of the relevant part are required to qualify for exchange. We need to be notified about the damage of the product with 48 hours of receipt. Shipping charges for return and exchange are borne by us. 
3. Policy for size based exchanges -

• • We accept size based exchanges on individual garments priced at or above Rs 1550/- (no returns) when an incorrect size has been ordered by the customer by mistake. The additional shipping charges for the return and exchange are borne by the customer. 
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on products from the Night and Lounge Wear Collection unless they are damaged on receipt (refer point 2).
  • To avoid size based exchanges please pick an accurate size from our 'Size Guide'. It can be viewed on every product page on our website.

4. We do not accept returns on dresses unless they are damaged. Not liking a  product or fitting does not qualify as a reason for return. 

5. We do not accept returns or exchanges for color variation from photos on website. 

• We do not accept returns/exchanges on any products shipped outside of India.
